Terms of Service

The Service is operated by Artis, based in Latvia ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is provided from https://chachinghub.com.

Cha-Ching! lets you connect one or more Stripe projects with a read-only restricted key, sync revenue into a contribution-style grid, and optionally share a public profile or embed a revenue badge. The Free plan is free subject to the limits shown on the site. PRO plans (Monthly and Lifetime) unlock the features described on the site and at checkout.

Revenue figures on Cha-Ching! are derived from synced Stripe charge data for display and sharing. They are not accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or legal advice. Verify important numbers in Stripe or your own records. We may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service for a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, and "you" includes that company.
• You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Latvia, the European Union, the United States, or another applicable jurisdiction, including trade sanctions.

You own the content you add (profile, project names, links, avatars, themes, badge settings, and similar). You are responsible for it — keep it lawful and accurate. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and publicly display that content as needed to operate the Service (dashboard, public profile, embeds, and related features).

Public profiles and badges are meant to be public when you enable them. You control project privacy toggles (public board / show amounts). Do not publish information you do not want shown.

You may only connect Stripe keys you are authorized to use, and only restricted (read-only) keys as the Service instructs. You are responsible for your Stripe account, key permissions, key rotation, and what you choose to show publicly.

Connecting a key authorizes us to call Stripe on your behalf to import and refresh revenue aggregates for your projects, on the sync schedule for your plan. Misuse of keys, connecting keys you do not control, or attempting to use keys with write or money-moving permissions is a breach of these Terms.

PRO purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Stripe's terms and privacy notice also apply to the payment itself. Amounts and plan features are shown on the site and at checkout.

• Monthly — recurring subscription until you cancel through the billing portal or as otherwise offered in the Service.
• Lifetime — one-time payment for ongoing access to PRO features while the Service exists under these Terms.

We may change prices for new purchases. Existing subscriptions keep billing on the Stripe Price they started on unless you or Stripe change that. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.

Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, PRO payments are final once access is granted. Being unhappy with sync results, downtime, a later feature change, or a suspension for breach of these Terms does not by itself create a refund. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honor that right. Chargebacks or payment disputes without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may suspend the account and refuse future use of the Service.

By using the Service you represent and warrant that:

• You have the right to connect any Stripe account and to publish any profile or project content you submit.
• Your content and linked destinations comply with applicable law, including privacy, intellectual-property, and advertising rules.
• You are not impersonating another person, brand, or company.
• You will not use the Service for malware, phishing, spam, fraud, or to deceive visitors.
• The information you submit is accurate, and you will keep it reasonably accurate.

You may not:

• Abuse the Service, attempt to break it, or interfere with other users' use of it
• Scrape beyond ordinary browsing, bypass rate limits or plan limits unfairly, or reverse engineer except as allowed by mandatory law
• Upload or link illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or violent content, or content that exploits children
• Use another person's Stripe keys or account without authorization
• Misrepresent revenue figures outside the Service in a way that attributes false claims to Cha-Ching! as an auditor or certifier

We may refuse, suspend, or permanently remove accounts, projects, profiles, or embeds, with or without notice, where we believe these Terms or the law may have been broken; where a rights holder complains; or where we think continued access creates legal, security, or reputational risk. Suspension or removal for breach does not entitle you to a refund, except where mandatory law requires it.

Public profiles and revenue boards show data you connect and configure. Appearance on Cha-Ching! is not our opinion of a product, and we do not certify that revenue figures, claims, or linked sites are complete or true beyond what we sync from Stripe under your key and settings.

Links from the Service to your project sites leave chachinghub.com. Those destinations have their own terms and practices. We are not responsible for them.

We provide the Service as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect (including missed or delayed syncs). We may change features, plan limits, sync frequency, or these Terms. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms. For a payment already completed, the Terms in effect at checkout still apply to that payment, except where a change is required by law or needed to address a security or legal risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, quiet enjoyment, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that synced revenue, profiles, badges, or other displays are accurate or complete.

We do not limit liability that applicable law says we cannot limit, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, or liability under mandatory product-liability rules. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, substitute services, business decisions made based on displayed revenue, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• For slight negligence, we are liable only for a foreseeable breach of duties that are essential to these Terms, and only for typical, foreseeable damage.
• Our total liability for a claim relating to a PRO payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the plan that the claim concerns in the twelve months before the claim.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Artis and people working on the Service from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your content, your connected Stripe account or keys, your public profile or embeds, your payment or chargeback, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of someone else's rights. We may take over the defense of a claim; you will cooperate.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer with a mandatory local law that cannot be displaced, that law still protects you. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted.

• If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect, and the invalid part is replaced by the valid term that comes closest to the original intent.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a transfer of the Service.
• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement for the Service.
• Payments, hosting, authentication, analytics, and sync involve third parties, including Stripe, Supabase, and Vercel. Their outages or decisions are outside our control.
