Privacy Policy

The controller for personal data processed through the Service is Artis, based in Latvia ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is provided from https://chachinghub.com.

We collect only what we need to run the Service, take payment, stop abuse, and understand traffic.

• Account data — email address for magic-link sign-in. If you sign in with Google, we receive the email (and name, if Google shares it) needed to create and authenticate your account. We do not use passwords.
• Profile data — username, display name, bio, avatar image, social or website links, page theme, and reporting currency (USD or EUR).
• Project and board data — project name, optional URL, privacy toggles, grid color, badge settings, and other preferences you set in the dashboard.
• Stripe restricted keys — when you connect a project, you paste a read-only Stripe restricted key. We encrypt it at rest and decrypt it only on the server to sync revenue. We do not ask for a Stripe secret key that can spend or move money.
• Revenue aggregates — daily gross revenue totals and transaction counts per project, derived from your connected Stripe account. We do not store your customers' full Stripe records.
• PRO billing data — if you buy PRO, Stripe processes the payment. We store customer and subscription identifiers needed to keep your plan in sync. We never see your full card details.
• Technical and security data — session cookies for authentication; optional Cloudflare Turnstile tokens on sign-in; rate-limit signals (which may include IP address); and basic production analytics events (see below).

We use this information to:

• Authenticate you and keep you signed in
• Store and display your profile, projects, and revenue boards
• Sync revenue from Stripe on the schedule for your plan
• Serve public profiles and embeddable badges when you enable them
• Process PRO checkout and manage subscriptions
• Prevent abuse, spam, and unauthorized access
• Understand aggregate product usage and keep the Service working

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for advertising networks.

We share data with processors that help us operate the Service. Their own terms and privacy notices also apply to what they process:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and avatar storage
• Vercel — hosting, delivery, and scheduled sync jobs
• Stripe — PRO payments; separately, your own Stripe account when you connect a restricted key for revenue sync
• Umami Cloud — privacy-oriented analytics in production (page views; not an advertising tracker)
• Cloudflare Turnstile — optional bot checks on magic-link sign-in when enabled
• Upstash — distributed rate limiting when configured
• Google — if you choose Sign in with Google

Some processors may be outside the European Economic Area. Where we rely on them, we use appropriate safeguards such as the processors' standard contractual clauses or an equivalent mechanism they provide.

Essential cookies from our auth provider keep you signed in. They are strictly necessary for the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

In production we use Umami Cloud for privacy-oriented analytics (page views and basic usage). It is not an advertising tracker and we do not use it to build marketing profiles. If you prefer not to be included in analytics, you can block the Umami script with your browser or a content blocker, or email hello@chachinghub.com and we will help.

Public profiles, public projects, and revenue badges are public by design when you enable them. Anyone can see what you choose to show, including search engines and people who load your embed. Do not publish content or amounts you do not want shown. Privacy toggles on each project control whether the board is public and whether amounts are visible.

We keep account, profile, project, and revenue data while your account exists and as needed to operate the Service. If you delete a project, we remove that project's stored revenue data. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete associated personal data except where we must keep a limited record for legal, security, or billing reasons (for example, PRO payment history held by Stripe).

You can edit your profile and projects at any time from the dashboard, including privacy toggles and deleting a project.

If the GDPR or similar law applies to you, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, or export personal data we hold about you, to restrict or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing was based on consent. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including in Latvia or in your country of residence.

To delete your account and associated data, or to exercise these rights, email hello@chachinghub.com. We may need enough information to find your account and verify the request.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
